Anne-Catherine Ménard and Frédéric Théroux Named Copresidents of Topring

Granby, February 20th, 2020 – Louis Ménard is pleased to announce that Anne-Catherine Ménard and Frédéric Théroux have been appointed copresidents of Topring. After more than 40 years of service with the company he himself founded, Mr. Ménard is retiring from his position as president. He will continue to sit on the boards of directors.

Anne-Catherine Ménard and Frédéric Théroux will now be sharing Topring’s corporate governance. Ms. Ménard will take over product innovation, marketing, digital strategy and corporate culture, while Mr. Théroux will oversee the company’s administration as well as operations and systems management.

Since joining the company in 2007, Ms. Ménard has established her leadership and expertise in marketing and strategic development. A graduate of HEC, she holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing Administration. Ms. Ménard, who is an active member of various professional and social organizations, sits on the board of directors of the Groupement des chefs d'entreprises du Québec.

Mr. Théroux, who joined the team in 2004, has a wide range of experience in accounting, systems and process management, as well as operations management. Mr. Théroux is a Chartered Accountant, a designation earned after his accounting studies at HEC.
