Granby, May 22, 2024. – Driven by the desire to provide exceptional service to its customers, the Topring team has been mobilizing for several months to implement two major projects as part of the company's ongoing digital transformation. The Granby-based company, which ranks among fast-growing SMEs, decided without hesitation that the time was right to invest in two technologies that will make a difference in the daily lives of its employees and customers: a new ERP and a new digital platform for its website.
Topring is pleased to announce today that it has upgraded its enterprise resource planning software, commonly known by its English acronym, "ERP." The company is confident that this new system will enable it to be even more efficient in its daily operations. Among other things, it will reduce order preparation time and increase productivity for the field team, while simplifying the inventory management process.
A project of this magnitude required the participation of the entire team. Many volunteers rolled up their sleeves and lent a hand during the final preparations for the system's implementation, which took place over the weekend before the official transition, in order to minimize disruptions to the organization’s activities.
Employees from all levels within the company came together to lend a hand and collaborate, setting the stage for the new system’s implementation.

Along with the ERP system upgrade, the company saw this as the perfect time to invest in its digital showcase. Taking advantage of the opportunity, Topring enhanced the shopping experience on its website. New features were developed with the goal of offering intuitive navigation autonomy as customers browse the wide selection of compressed air products. Driven by a commitment to information quality, Topring also used this opportunity to review and improve the presentation and technical specifications of its products.
