Once again this year, Topring team members rowed for a good cause at the EnBarque Challenge organized by the Fondation du centre Hospitalier de Granby, which took place on Saturday, May 27, 2023.
This exciting challenge, in the form of a friendly dragon boat race between local companies and organizations, is an opportunity to raise funds for mental health projects.
"This year, people will be paddling, among other things, to create more familiar spaces in which care is delivered according to a more humanized culture at the Centre Providence Day Hospital. Thanks to the Corporate EnBarque Challenge, the day hospital, which cares for people with moderate to severe mental health problems, will be able to make a number of improvements:- Redevelopment of the premises to promote a healing environment aimed at optimal recovery and the mindfulness approach
- Creation of a clean room offering a calm environment for practicing relaxation and acquiring tools for managing anxiety and depressive symptoms.
- Training offered to caregivers on mindfulness, a practice focused on the present moment" -

The generosity and support of everyone involved exceeded everyone's expectations, and together we raised over $300,000! The initial goal of $200,000 was greatly exceeded.
Even if the Topring team wasn't the fastest, we showed incredible team spirit and enthusiasm! We gave it our all during our two races, cheering each other on and rowing with strength and determination. For us, the EnBarque challenge is above all an incredible team-building experience while supporting a cause close to our hearts. We believe that together, we can make a real difference and have a positive impact on our community.
