How can I become a Topring distributor?

To submit a request, please email info@topring.ca and include your company name, region, and a brief description of your activities.
A member of our team will review your request and contact you to outline the next steps, should you be eligible.

Is it possible to place orders online?

Yes. Online ordering is available to authorized distributors with an active account. The online account allows you to place orders at any time, view order history, access pricing and product availability, and download various useful documents.

How can I obtain or activate access to My Account?

What is the return and warranty policy?

The return conditions applicable to your company are detailed in the documents associated with your online account.
Warranty conditions are indicated at the bottom of each product page on our website.
If you have a specific situation or require clarification, please contact our team and provide the product reference number so we may assist you accordingly.

How do I submit a return?

To submit a return, please complete this online form.

The following information will be required to process your request efficiently:
•    the product part number;
•    an invoice or purchase order (PO);
•    a detailed description of the issue;
•    photos of the product;
•    order-related information.
