That’s the spirit behind Topring Inspire — an initiative created to support team members in bringing a meaningful personal project to life. Because we believe growth doesn’t stop at work, and that what people pursue outside of it enriches both the individual and the team.
The concept is simple: every year, employees can submit an idea or a dream — whether it’s a creative, sporting, charitable or personal project — and receive support to help them bring it to fruition. Among the dreams received, a choice is made and one is selected
A first edition driven by enthusiasm
For this very first edition, the idea was simple: to make a dream come true.
But given the authenticity and dedication behind the proposed projects, the decision was an obvious one.
Rather than just one, Topring helped to realize three projects in 2025.

Marie-Eve Lesage – Warehouse Clerk
Marie-Eve dreamed of perfecting the art of tutu-making through a course at the Académie de ballet métropolitain in Montreal.
Having been involved for many years with the l’Escale ballet school, she wanted to create beautiful stage costumes for their performances — combining creativity, precision, and her commitment to a community she deeply values.
Mikael Hébert – Technology Innovation Project Specialist
As part of an ambitious goal to climb 60 summits in one year, Mikael set his sights on one of the most iconic: Mount Kilimanjaro, to mark his 30th birthday.
Beyond the physical challenge, he wanted to share the experience with local sherpas and support their community through a fundraising initiative — making it a meaningful human journey as well.
Sandra Dussault – Customer Support & Procurement Assistant
A photography enthusiast who inherited her passion from her father, Sandra wanted to take her craft further through a private course.
Her goal was to capture the beauty of landscapes, the depth of portraits, the magic of the moon, and the subtle details that tell a story through images.
