Treating Employees With the Utmost Care

Following the announcement of the finalists of the 2021 Awards of Distinction Gala of the Haute-Yamaska Chamber of Commerce, notably in the category «Good HR Practices», Topring was scouted by various journalists who wanted to put forward the initiatives put in place for their employees.

One of our values as an organization is to progress together with the goal of enabling our clients to get the most out of our compressed air systems by providing innovative solutions and practices.

However, when we really think about it, this goal not only applies to our clients but to our employees as well! We spend so much time at work, we want them to get the most out of their work life, and this includes making sure they have a comfortable, healthy and safe work environment.

At Topring in Granby, we take care of the employees.  Working hours arranged, paid sports activities... we even offer them flowers unexpectedly!

«We really like to have fun as a group», summarizes, at the other end of the line, Anne-Catherine Ménard, Co-Chair of Topring for a little over a year.

It seems that way. The 65 employees are entitled to unexpected surprises. To be offered flowers or a lunch that is out of the ordinary, with foodtrucks present on site, or to taste ice cream at a caterer passing through for an occasion, massage on chair....

At Topring, where compressed air products are being developed, various employee-managed committees have been established to enable multiple initiatives, including the “wow” committee (for surprises) and the wellness committee to promote workplace health.
