Topring management has developed an organizational culture that places great emphasis on convivality, well-being in the workplace and open communicaton that inspires employees.

Engaged employees at all levels

For Dominique Boutin, CHRP, Director of Human Resources, this consultative and inclusive approach is obvious. Employees are at the heart of Topring. They really have a very big place and therefore the HR function has a very big place too. We have a lot of latitude for our projects. The idea was to take the pulse of the people who make up the company, not just that of management.”

The importance of open and transparent communication

Topring is resolutely a company where management see people at the centre of solutions to accelerate their growth. The new employees who come to us are welcomed by a warm team. We give them all the tools they need to deploy, perform and be happy,” concludes Anne-Catherine Ménard.
